About this file
This document is a Notice of Cancellation for a solicitation (Bid ID: 21-422DNR-DIREC-B-20640) issued by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) for HVAC services at the IDNR World Shooting and Recreational Complex. The solicitation has been cancelled for various reasons, including that the state no longer requires the services, the state can no longer reasonably expect to fund the procurement, and the specifications were ambiguous or otherwise inadequate. The related state and local contract opportunity was for HVAC services at the same facility for the 2021 fiscal year. No further details on the scope, timeline, or other requirements for that contract opportunity were provided.
