Award Information

This Award Information file pertains to a Meeting Room Chair Replacement procurement issued by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCC Authority) in Georgia. The solicitation seeks responses from firms specializing in janitorial services, though the project title indicates a focus on meeting room chair replacement. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive technicalities and irregularities, or cancel the procurement at any time. A communication restriction is in effect from the time of solicitation advertisement until final award, prohibiting interested firms from communicating with Authority staff, GWCC officials, or their consultants regarding the solicitation or scope, except through formal question submission processes or existing work agreements. Finalists and apparent awardees are further restricted from making public statements or press releases about their selection or award status.

Violations of the communication restriction protocol may result in rejection of the offending respondent's submittal by the Authority. The file does not contain specific information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, response deadlines, due dates, site visits, bidders' meetings, award dates, contract term length, renewal options, or funding amounts and sources for this procurement opportunity.
