AV_Equipment.xlsx

The file "AV_Equipment.xlsx" appears to be an inventory spreadsheet detailing audiovisual (AV) equipment for a technology infrastructure project, likely for a state or local government agency. The inventory includes Neat Devices and Crestron AV equipment, with multiple Microsoft Teams Rooms devices across different named locations (Art Deco, Cape Cod, Craftsman, Farm House, High Rise, Log Cabin, Prairie/Meditation Room, and Six Flat). The equipment list encompasses various room configuration devices, including touch screen displays, network processors, digital media switchers, cameras, and input/output cards.

The equipment inventory includes both owner-furnished equipment (OFE) and specific technical components such as a Crestron TSD-2220-B 21.5" touch screen display, QSC network processors, conference cameras, and a DM-MD16X16 digital media switcher capable of handling 16 inputs and 16 outputs. The devices represent a comprehensive AV infrastructure setup, with multiple redundancies and flexible configuration options for different meeting and collaboration spaces. The equipment appears to be standardized across various rooms, suggesting a unified technology strategy for communication and collaboration platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Teams Rooms and advanced AV integration capabilities.
