About this file

This document is a Wage Determination (WD) from the U.S. Department of Labor that establishes the minimum wages and fringe benefits required for workers performing on a government contract at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The contract is for providing fuel management services, including alongside aircraft refueling, operation and maintenance of bulk fuel facilities, inventory accountability, and environmental compliance. The WD incorporates the applicable Executive Orders on minimum wage requirements and paid sick leave for federal contractors. It also references the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the contractor and Teamster Local Union No. 957, which will determine the specific wage rates and benefits for covered employees. The WD is applicable to the Defense Logistics Agency Energy contract SPE603-24-R-0509 for the referenced services at the Wright-Patterson AFB location.
