Paragraph 10.2 Meetings and description of the meetings are below.
1 Kick-Off Event The contractor shall host a kick-off event within 45 business days of contract award at the contractor’s facility. The Government will review all required certificates, plans, processes and procedures required for the successful execution of this contract. The contractor shall exchange point of contact data for facility Defense Security Services (DSS) representative, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) representative, and specific technical Responsible Individuals (RIs) with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The contractor shall present all System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms and supporting documents required for access to https databases (e.g., Information Assurance (IA), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), training certificates, etc.) and coordinate database access requirements. The contractor shall submit the initial requests for Common Access Cards (CACs).
Follow up actions shall be documented in a weekly status report (CDRL A002) until all actions are complete.
2 Quarterly Program Reviews The contractor shall conduct quarterly Contract Program Reviews at its facility or Government identified location to address the status of efforts, funds, and any issues associated with this contract. Presentation materials and meeting minutes to be provided via CDRL A014 & A015.
3 Installation Readiness Reviews (IRRs) The contractor shall host/participate in a minimum of twelve (12) Installation Readiness Reviews (IRRs) per year. The purpose of these meetings is to report on the status of installation planning efforts for major installations which require shipyard services. The Government may hold additional reviews if installation plans dictate. Presentation materials and meeting minutes to be provided via CDRL A014 & A015.
4 Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Working Groups The contractor shall host/participate in a minimum of twelve (12) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Working Groups per year. The purpose of these meetings is to report on the status of tasked ILS development and planning efforts, COTS Obsolescence mitigation options, Engineering Changes, and sustainment efforts of interest. The Government may hold additional reviews if plans dictate.

5 Integrated Product Teams (IPT) The contractor shall host/participate in a minimum of four (4) ILS Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) per year. The purpose of these meetings is to coordinate cross-functional or cross-project/program efforts as they related to operations, maintenance, or sustainment of ASW systems. The Government may hold additional reviews if plans dictate. Presentation materials and meeting minutes to be provided by the contractor via CDRL A014 & A015.
6 Supportability Integrated Product Team (SIPT) The contractor shall host/participate in program level Supportability Integrated Product Team (SIPT) meetings/ s at a frequency of once per year. The purpose of the SIPT is to assess the supportability of an acquisition program or project and discuss DOD, DON and NAVSEA policy changes affecting system supportability. Presentation materials and meeting minutes to be provided via CDRL A014 & A015.
7 Regional Maintenance Center (RMC)/In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) Collaborations (RIC) The contractor shall prepare presentation material for and participate in program level RMC ISEA
Coordination (RIC) meetings/presentations at a frequency of two per year. The RIC function performs periodic assessments of the Operational Availability (Ao) of fielded ASW systems. Presentation materials and meeting minutes to be provided via CDRL A014 & A015.
