Attachment 3- Technical Acceptability Questionnaire
TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY QUESTIONNAIRE
Please complete the questions below to the best of your ability, including any pertinent information you may feel is necessary. All answers will be reviewed by the technical acceptability review team and judged on the criteria set forth in Addendum 52.212-2 found within the SF1449.
1. Ability to meet unit ordering and scheduling timelines. In accordance with the timelines stimulated in the PWS, Section 3 (b), describe your ability to respond to both routine and emergency requests within the requested time frames?
2. Provide location(s) of stored units available for delivery (i.e., a storage facility near VSFB which would accommodate the required timelines for unit delivery and placement).
3. Unit delivery and placement, anchoring/securing of units. VSFB consistently experiences high winds (over 35 knots/40 mph). Describe how you will anchor/secure units for the following type areas to prevent units from blowing over (PWS Section 3 (f) requires immediate replacement of overturned units):
a. Soft areas (i.e. dirt/gravel/sand/grass)
b. Asphalt
c. Concrete
4. Describe your ability to support the number of permanent units and fluctuating numbers of temporary units as reflected in the historical data in Appendix A of the PWS. Does your organization currently own this many units?
5. Does your company intend to meet the requirements of the PWS with the use of a Sub Contractor? If yes, quote must include evidence of a written agreement by both parties reflecting the intent of the Sub Contractor to provide the required services in addition to the information required on Attachment 5, Teaming Arrangement Questionnaire.
Additional Information. Provide any other information pertinent to this acquisition and the PWS that would assist the Government in determining the technical capability of your company to meet the Government’s requirements.
