About this file
This is a Quarterly Compliance Report attachment for a Recovery Center contract in the South Central Behavioral Health Clinic region of North Dakota, serving individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The report is completed quarterly by Recovery Center Directors by the 15th of the subsequent month following each quarter (April 15th for Q1, July 15th for Q2, October 15th for Q3, and January 15th for Q4) and submitted to the local liaison for review by the Quality Management Committee. The compliance framework addresses two primary sections: Section 1 requirements for vendor compliance with the Agreement, and Section 2 required activities contingent upon completion for payment purposes. Failure to meet Section 1 requirements results in a warning letter with a 30-day correction period, with potential termination as consequence for non-compliance. Failure to complete Section 2 activities for three or more consecutive months triggers similar disciplinary action protocols.
Section 1 compliance requirements mandate that all center members be 18 years or older, the facility maintain minimum 40-hour weekly operations as a drop-in center, staff maintain current certifications including a full-time director and part-time coordinator certified as a Peer Support Specialist, updated policy manuals and organizational charts be submitted to the State, background checks meet State requirements, required training be documented, and tobacco-free and State vehicle use policies be maintained. Section 2 operational requirements include developing monthly event calendars submitted at least 10 days in advance, offering weekly peer support and recovery education groups, providing daily structured social/recreation activities, holding documented monthly member meetings, maintaining monthly director-liaison meetings with documentation, supplying computers and internet access for staff and members, updating social media marketing tools monthly, and submitting weekly statistical reports in timely and complete manner. The report includes action step documentation for any items marked as non-compliant.
