About this file
This is a Rate Sheet attachment document from the California Department of Aging (CDA) for RFP Number RFP-2324-06 HICAP Modernization project. The document outlines the required format and instructions for proposers to submit their cost proposals, though specific quantities and pricing details are referenced to be in an attached Excel spreadsheet that is not provided in this document.
The pricing terms require proposers to include all direct and indirect expenses, including taxes and incidental costs, in their rates. Payments will be made monthly in arrears, and no travel expenses will be reimbursed as they must be factored into the rates. The CDA has secured funding for one year of service, with potential amendments that must be bid on in advance. The document notes that Small Business Preference and DVBE Incentive points will be applied after cost scoring is completed. All submitted rates are binding for the term of the agreement, though the quantities provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Zero-dollar amounts are interpreted as services to be provided at no cost to the state, and leaving any item blank or marked "N/A" will result in proposal rejection.
