About this file
This document provides an overview of the Contracting Communication Module Vendor Create process within the iRAPT e-Business Suite. Vendors can create new communications by selecting a CAGE code and entering at least one recipient location code associated with an active user role. Additional email addresses may be included separately for each location code. Communications require contract information including number, type, and modification as applicable. Subject and message content are mandatory fields. Optional attachments have a default size limit of 5MB. Successfully submitted communications are encrypted and recipients are notified via email.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of the Army seeking base operation support services at Yuma Proving Ground in Arizona. Relevant details such as response date, award date, pricing terms, or set-asides are not provided.
