About this file
This document is a Pricing Worksheet for the Beaufort Outpatient Clinic (OPC) Initial Outfitting Transition and Activation (IOTA) Services solicitation, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center Austin. The pricing template covers a project period from 10/20/2025 to 12/1/2028, with multiple task areas including Project Management Services, Interior Design, Transition Planning, Acquisition Planning, and Activation Services.
The worksheet provides a detailed pricing structure with labor categories, rates, and hours across four periods. Key labor categories include Program Manager (Activation), Senior Designer, and Senior Transition Planner, with labor rates escalating from $100-$200 in the first period to $150-$275 in the final period. The document allows potential contractors to input their specific labor categories, rates, and hours for each task, with separate line items for base services (LIN 0001), travel (LIN 0002), and optional warehousing services (LIN 0003). The total evaluated price does not include travel costs, which will be added by the government in the final contract award.
