IDIQ FIXED PRICE RATES MATRIX
Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Task Plan proposals must utilize the not-to-exceed rates and factors delineated below for pricing all task orders contemplated or issued in accordance with the “Task Ordering Procedure” and “Supplemental Task Ordering Procedures” clauses of the contract. All Task Orders issued will be applied to the guaranteed minimum quantity and maximum quantity as provided in “Minimum/Maximum Amount of Supplies or Services” clause.
1. PRIME FULLY-LOADED DIRECT LABOR RATES (For All FFP Task Orders):
The Prime Contractor shall not exceed the fully-loaded direct labor rates as specified below (loaded through Profit) for pricing all FFP task orders:

**Labor Categories - The Offeror shall provide Prime direct labor categories, in accordance with the Position Qualifications in Section 4 of this attachment. Clearly delineate onsite versus offsite rates.
*GFY = Government Fiscal Year
^HR = Hourly Rate: These are not-to-exceed, fully-loaded rates to be used for task order pricing purposes only for the Prime Contractor direct labor hours. The Contractor may propose lower rates when pricing task orders.

2. PRIME COST ESTIMATING RELATIONSHIPS (FOR DERIVING OTHER DIRECT
COSTS (ODCS)), AND INDIRECT RATES & PROFIT PERCENTAGE TO BE APPLIED
AGAINST ODCs:
When proposing Other Direct Costs (ODCs) under a FFP task order, the Prime Contractor shall not exceed the following cost estimating relationships (CERs) rates or factors for deriving recurring ODCs, indirect rates applied against ODCs, and profit percentage applied against ODCs for pricing all FFP task orders:

The Prime Contractor shall not exceed the following indirect rates applied against ODCs, if applicable, for pricing all FFP task orders:

The Prime Contractor shall not exceed the following profit rate applied against ODCs, if applicable, for pricing all FFP task orders:
