About this file
This document contains a cost summary spreadsheet template and instructions for a federal solicitation seeking proposals for area control systems hardware and support services. The cost template requires offerors to provide detailed labor category, rate, and cost information for both prime and subcontractor employees for the base year and four option years. Instructions specify formatting requirements and how to populate fields for prime contractors, subcontractors, labor categories, rates, hours, indirect costs, fees, and other direct costs. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM ET on March 9, 2022 to the Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command for solicitation N0042121R0161. The cost template and instructions provide guidance to offerors on the level of cost detail and compliance required for the solicitation.
