Note: Due to the market variability of electrical switch gear availability, every effort must be made by the contractor to prepare submittals with long lead times within 30 days of contract award for expedient approval. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to extend the non-performance period, if quoted supplier lead times warrant an extension of the non-performance period.
