About this file

This is an Attachment K Service Requirements and Proposal Crosswalk document for the Oregon Health Authority's Request for Proposals to procure a fully managed Software-as-a-Service solution for the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program system. The crosswalk table requires proposers to respond to 13 specific service requirements and indicate where in their proposal supporting information can be located by volume, section, and page number. The service requirements encompass system availability and uptime commitments of 99.9% excluding scheduled maintenance, incident response planning with defined severity levels and escalation procedures, routine maintenance and patching protocols, change management processes, help desk structure and support hours, integration capabilities with external systems such as electronic health records and health information exchanges, reporting and analytics functionality, user management including role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication support, compliance and audit readiness approaches, training and knowledge transfer methodologies, stakeholder communication practices, proposed service level agreements with performance monitoring, and business continuity and disaster recovery plans with defined recovery time and recovery point objectives.

No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, response dates, due dates, or contract term information is included in this attachment. This document functions solely as a compliance and specification crosswalk tool to ensure proposers address all mandatory service requirements and facilitate the Agency's evaluation of proposal submissions against stated technical and operational criteria.
