About this file

This document is the Mandatory Requirement Checklist for the National Communications, Marketing, and Media Support contract, Solicitation Number 693JJ924R0000013. The checklist outlines one mandatory requirement for the offeror - the financial resources and capabilities necessary to absorb and carry all Task Order costs until reimbursement by the Government, including the ability to carry costs associated with the Statutorily-mandated Advertising requirement. The offeror must indicate "Yes" for this requirement, provide a supporting explanation, and supply documentation such as a letter of credit. Failure to meet this mandatory requirement will result in the offeror's proposal not being reviewed further for contract award. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide national communications, marketing, and media support services to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for traffic safety campaigns and programs.
