Good morning Robbie, Please find attached a copy of the signed Waste Application for your review and approval. If the dredge material from the referenced project is deemed acceptable for disposal at the Daviess County Landfill, please provide your written approval.
As previously discussed, the USCG selected dredging contractor will ultimately be responsible for coordinating and arranging for delivery of the dredge material and payment of the tipping fees with the Landfill prior to the start of the dredging activities. Copies of the Daviess County Landfill’s Waste Shipment Tracking Document and the Daviess County Fiscal Court Credit Application (if needed) will be provided to the USCG selected dredging contractor in advance for their completion and submittal to the Landfill.
Let me know if you have any questions or need anything else.
Thanks!
Jennifer
