Evaluation Criteria NB193000-21-00288 Building 301 Replace Dust Collector Operations Engineering Group, OFPM, NIST Gaithersburg, MD

Evaluation Criteria

Evaluation Criteria: Acceptable/Unacceptable

Factor 1: Offeror shall provide information on at least three (3) projects where they were the primary contractor installing dust collectors.

Factor 2: Offeror shall provide at least three (3) completed project examples where demolition and installation involved removing existing concrete mounting pads, asphalt repair, concreate installation, electrical work, and interfacing controls with HVAC controls.

BASIS FOR AWARD: This is a competitive best value source selection utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 for award of this Purchase Order. The evaluation process shall proceed as follows:

1. By submission of an offer, the Offeror accepts all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certification and technical requirements related to this order.

2. The Government intends to award a contract without discussions with respective Offerors. The Government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest.

3. Evaluation Criteria: Acceptable/Unacceptable

4. Offerors must be rated acceptable in both Factors 1 and 2 to be found technically acceptable for award.
