PERSONNEL TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Minimum Education/Experience: The individual must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a recognized engineering field with a minimum of six (6) years of professional experience. As a senior project manager, the individual shall have a minimum of three (3) of experience in the management and executing of a variety of small medium and large scale government test programs with ten (10) or more individuals. The individual shall possess the knowledge of ordnance testing, environmental aspects of ordnance testing, knowledge of compliance and understanding of federal, state and local Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations.

Objective: The individual shall have an experience in project management, development of a work breakdown structure (WBS) from a government request for proposal (RFP), ordnance testing risk assessment and its mitigations, work load planning and technical assignments to the project engineer, task scheduling, work progress assessment(s), support and conduct of program technical reviews with Government clients as required.

PROJECT ENGINEER

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical discipline from an accredited college or university and at least three (3) years of experience as a project engineer in area of ordnance testing and evaluation of weapon system or fifteen (15) years qualifying experience without a degree may be substituted.

Objective: Under this position, the individual will work directly under the senior project manager and will execute tasks or tests in accordance with the approved WBS and test plans and or test procedures. The individual shall be able to coordinate with junior technical staff members, perform day-to-day onsite management with test crew to execute each specific task order, mitigate associated risks, calibration of various data acquisition systems, manage and interpretation test data/results in accordance with the applicable military standards and or government specifications. The individual is also responsible for attending technical reviews with government, preparing and delivering the final report on the task(s) to the government.
