About this file
This is a price schedule attachment for a commodity processing solicitation (Solicitation No. 24-0017) issued by Beaverton School District in Oregon for USDA Foods processing of peanut products. The solicitation requests four line items consisting of frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in two size variations (2.6 ounces and 5.3 ounces) with either grape jelly or strawberry jam filling, all meeting Child Nutrition Meal Pattern Requirements. The bid items specify approved products from Smucker's or equal alternatives, with annual estimated quantities ranging from 800 to 1,200 cases per item, totaling 4,000 cases or 288,000 Child Nutrition servings for the 2025-26 school year. All products must be frozen, individually wrapped, with whole grain-rich bread containing at least 51 percent whole grains and no crusts, meeting specific caloric and nutritional guidelines per serving.
The price schedule requires bidders to provide processing fees per case and per Child Nutrition serving, with USDA Foods drawdown values and per-pound valuations to be populated from the 2025-26 USDA Supply Enhancement and Processing Data System. All bread and grain contributions are specified for each item, with case weights and serving sizes clearly defined. Bidders must not alter any information or values on the price schedule, and any unauthorized changes may result in bid disqualification. No explicit set-asides, incumbents, or contract term information is provided in this attachment. Inquiries regarding the price schedule should be directed to contracts@beaverton.k12.or.us.
