About this file

This document is a Contractor Quotation Checklist for Solicitation 70RWMD25QP0000021, issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The checklist outlines comprehensive requirements for contractors submitting a quotation, including mandatory submissions across four key parts: Compliance with Technical Specifications, Past Performance, Price Submission, and Contract Documentation/Representations & Certifications.

Contractors must provide detailed documentation including hardware specifications, software details, licensing requirements, materials list, and calculations for UPS/battery backup and video storage. They are allowed to submit up to two past performance projects from the last three years. Pricing must be submitted separately in both PDF and Excel formats, with an itemized list detailing individual costs for labor, project management, equipment rental, travel, warranties, and other applicable charges. The solicitation requires two email submissions to specified DHS contacts, with one containing full documentation and a second submission with redacted technical specifications. Failure to adhere precisely to the instructions may result in quotation rejection.
