About this file

This file is Attachment G, a qualification and experience document for the General Manager (GM) position in the City of Phoenix's Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS 25-0612) for taxicab services at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The document outlines specific requirements for the proposed GM, who must have a minimum of three continuous years of experience managing a dispatched-vehicle passenger service fleet of at least 35 vehicles. The GM must demonstrate expertise in driver and dispatch staffing, personnel management, customer concern resolution, and fleet availability and maintenance.

The attachment is part of a comprehensive solicitation for taxicab services that will award four separate contracts: two for large companies (60 vehicles each) and two for small companies (35 vehicles each), with one small company contract reserved for 100% owner/operators. The five-year contract, with a potential two-year extension, requires 24/7 operations within a 35-mile service area, including ADA-compliant transportation and alternative fuel vehicle requirements. Respondents must provide detailed documentation of operational experience, with specific qualifications for fleet management, driver training, and customer service standards. The solicitation includes performance guarantees, mandates for wheelchair-accessible vehicles, and requirements for electronic payment options and in-vehicle safety monitoring systems.
