About this file
This document is an Attachment G - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Oregon, Department of Human Services, Office of Self-Sufficiency Programs for Oregon Refugee Children Assistance Services (ORCAS). The RFP requires proposers to describe the steps they will take to solicit certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses (collectively referred to as "Certified Firms") for subcontracting opportunities if awarded the contract. Proposers must indicate if they are a Certified Firm themselves and provide a list of Certified Firms and other potentially eligible businesses they have had contractual relationships with in the past two years. Proposers must also describe any subcontracting opportunities and approximate dollar values that may be available if awarded the contract, and confirm their willingness to report subcontractor identities and subcontract values to the State.
The RFP seeks proposals from qualified proposers to provide Oregon Refugee Children Assistance Services. No pricing terms, set asides, or funding information is included in this attachment. The contract term is not specified.
