About this file

This document is Attachment F - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for Request for Quotation (RFQ) 24-026 issued by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Procurement Services. The RFQ is for a SEED Energy Analyst contract, with Oregon Buys Number S-33000-00010556. The purpose is to solicit Certified Firms, which include minority-owned, women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses, to participate as subcontractors if the contract is awarded. The interested proposer must indicate if they are a certified firm, provide a list of certified firms and other minority/woman/veteran/emerging small businesses they have contracted with in the last two years, and describe the steps they will take to solicit certified firms for subcontracting opportunities if awarded the contract. The proposer must also be willing to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID).

The document outlines the required content for the Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan, including the potential subcontracting opportunities and approximate dollar values, if the contract is awarded. This information will not be scored as part of the evaluation, but is intended to ensure certified firms have an equal opportunity to participate in the performance of any subcontracts resulting from this procurement.
