About this file
This document is a Prequalified List Agreement for State Energy Efficient Design (SEED) Energy Analyst Services between the State of Oregon, acting through its Department of Energy, and prequalified energy analyst firms. The purpose of this agreement is to establish a list of prequalified energy analysts that state agencies can utilize for energy consumption analysis under the SEED program. The agreement has an initial term of two years, with the option to renew for one additional two-year period.
The agreement outlines the qualifications and requirements for energy analysts to be included on the prequalified list, including maintaining specific expertise and experience, as well as requirements for staffing and reporting. Agency approval is required for any changes to the list of qualified personnel. The agreement does not guarantee any specific contracts to the prequalified energy analysts, but rather provides state agencies with a source of pre-vetted service providers for their energy analysis needs.
