About this file
This document is an Attachment F - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for the Crooked River Central Flume Project RFP (S-69000-00012015) issued by the State of Oregon. The plan requires offerors to take reasonable steps to ensure that certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses (Certified Firms) have an equal opportunity to participate in any subcontracts resulting from this procurement. Offerors must indicate if they are a Certified Firm, provide a list of Certified Firms and other minority/woman/veteran/small businesses they have contracted with in the past two years, and describe the steps they will take to solicit Certified Firms for subcontracting opportunities if awarded the contract. Offerors must also be willing to report the identity and value of each subcontractor to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract.
The document does not contain information on pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient commercial terms. The primary focus is on the offeror's outreach and utilization of Certified Firms for subcontracting opportunities related to this Crooked River Central Flume Project procurement.
