About this file

This is a Task Frequency Chart for custodial services at the Niagara Falls Border Patrol Station operated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The chart specifies cleaning tasks and their required frequencies, ranging from as-needed to annual intervals. Daily tasks include vacuuming carpet, sweeping floors, mopping, and removing trash. Weekly or twice-weekly frequencies apply to carpet shampooing, spray buffing, cleaning walk-off mats, dusting, glass cleaning, exercise room equipment sanitization, and drinking fountain cleaning. Monthly or twice-monthly tasks include de-scaling restrooms and showers, supplying restrooms and break areas, and applying floor finish. Quarterly and semi-annual frequencies are designated for high dusting, window cleaning, light fixture cleaning, venetian blind washing, and air conditioning vent cleaning. Annual tasks include checking and replacing light bulbs and cleaning kennel areas. The chart requires contractors to calculate total estimated labor hours and permits modification of task frequencies as needed.

The service location is the Niagara Falls Border Patrol Station at 1708 Lafayette Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14305. The Contracting Officer's Representative is Michel Desrosiers, with Eric Henderson, Jr. listed as the on-site contact person (716-263-5613). The contractor must provide all management, supervision, labor, transportation, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Per the SOW requirements, any tasks performed more frequently than twice daily must be scheduled no earlier than six hours and no later than twelve hours apart, and tasks required less frequently than monthly must be completed within the first month of contract performance and then on the regular prescribed schedule thereafter.
