About this file
This is a Statement of Financial Responsibility attachment required for proposals submitted to Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) in Maryland in response to an RFP for the lease of holding facilities at Grosvenor Center and Radnor Center. The document serves as a financial qualification form for offerors seeking to lease either whole or partial unoccupied school facilities on a short-term basis.
The form requires offerors to disclose organizational affiliations and subsidiary relationships, provide detailed financing plans for facility leasing and program operations, and document available cash reserves from both internal sources and affiliated loans. Offerors must submit bank references, previous two years of financial statements, and certify bankruptcy status for the organization and any parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entities within the past ten years. Additionally, offerors must disclose any direct or indirect personal interests held by MCPS Board of Education members or county public school employees involved in program implementation. The attachment permits offerors to submit supplemental documentation demonstrating qualifications and financial responsibility to strengthen their proposals.
