Solicitation Project Description:
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award an IDIQ single award type contract with 5-year period, to establish a Sentinel Program Management Organization (PMO) to support scientific and regulatory operations of the Sentinel System 3.0.
The objective of the contract is to establish a Sentinel Program Management Organization (PMO) to support scientific and regulatory operations activities of the Sentinel System 3.0 including the following:
1. Development, implementation, operations and maintenance, and the development/modernization/enhancements of a Collaboration Platform to host a secure environment to support Sentinel 3.0 operations.
2. Migration of all relevant documents in the current Sentinel System to the Sentinel System 3.0 Collaboration Platform.
3. Transition of the content and management of the current Sentinel Initiative Website and Sentinel Public Code Repository to the Sentinel System 3.0.
4. Program management and regulatory operations support for all Sentinel System 3.0 tasks within the new Program Management Organization (PMO) scope of responsibilities, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
5. Transition support services
