The technical evaluation focuses on five key areas: Experience (140 points), Proposed Solution (140 points), Customer and Account Management (140 points), Continuity of Operations Plan (140 points), and Security Procedures (140 points). Florida-based vendors will receive a 5% preference for Mail Processing services. Postage will be invoiced separately and reimbursed at current USPS rates. The current contract has an average annual spend of approximately $19 million, with potential for annual price adjustments tied to the Producer Price Index not exceeding 3%. Vendors must be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Information Portal and comply with various state statutory requirements, including E-Verify regulations and comprehensive security measures.
