Similar Scope:
Design and/or construction of pre-engineered metal buildings and concrete masonry unit construction, including site infrastructure (electrical distribution system, fire protection system, administrative facilities, shelving and racking, communications, water, sewer, and pavement), earthworks, grading and drainage. While the greatest similarity will be attributed to projects with all of these elements, the most important of these elements for similarity will be design and construction of pre-engineered metal buildings.
Recently Completed:
A “recently completed” project is defined as a project which (1) has been completed within the last (5) five years of the RFP issuance date, or (2) is currently under construction and is at least 75% complete as of the RFP issuance date.
Similar Cost Magnitude: Similar cost magnitude is defined as a project with a total value of at least $10 million or more.
