About this file

The document is a Past Performance Project Form template used by the Federal Protective Service Western Consolidated Contracting Group to collect contractor performance history. The form instructs contractors to submit up to three past performance projects from the last three years, with each project documented on a separate form. Key details include spaces for contractors to provide comprehensive information about previous contracts, such as customer details, contract number, project price, performance period, security clearance requirements, geographic work location, and a detailed description of contract work.

The form requires contractors to explain the scope, magnitude, and complexity of their previous work, comparing it to the current solicitation requirements. Contractors must also describe any unique contract requirements, performance problems, or issues encountered, including methods of resolution and corrective actions taken. The form emphasizes the importance of providing a clear narrative that demonstrates the relevance of past work to the current solicitation, with a specific request to discuss any previous Department of Labor investigations or labor-related violations.
