Cooperators, sponsoring organizations, and/or contractors shall be liable for damage to utilities and 3.

damage resulting from disruption of service caused by installation activities. The Natural

All trees, stumps, brush, and other objectionable material that will interfere with construction or proper functioning of the waterway shall be removed from the site and disposed of in a manner consistent with environmental concerns and proper functioning of the waterway.

Dimensions of Installation

Waterways shall be constructed to the grade and dimensions shown on the plans, specified on furnished drawings, or as staked in the field.

Excavated material will be used to construct side banks, roads, or other fills as specified. Topsoil 1.

shall be stockpiled and re-spread where necessary to provide a seedbed for the grass. Seedbed preparation; time of seeding; seeding mixture and rate; stabilizing crop; mulching; or mechanical means of stabilization; and fertilizer and lime requirements shall be provided to the owner/operator for the waterway and other disturbed areas after construction is complete.
