About this file

This is an attachment document for a prequalification Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services ITB (Supplemental 2026) issued by the Florida Department of Management Services. The ITB seeks to establish a State Term Contract for IT staff augmentation services on a statewide basis, with the Department reserving the right to make multiple awards, single awards, regional awards, or no award as determined in the State's best interest. Lynzie Sauls, Senior Purchasing Analyst, serves as the procurement officer and can be contacted at 850-487-1463 or Lynzie.Sauls@dms.fl.gov. Vendors must submit responses through the MyFloridaMarketPlace Sourcing Event via the SAP Business Network, and all solicitation documents and addenda are posted on the Vendor Information Portal (VIP), which vendors are responsible for monitoring throughout the procurement process.

Attachment D specifies the required submission components that bidders must complete when responding to the solicitation. Bidders must provide an Executive Summary detailing their IT Staff Augmentation service offerings and a comprehensive list of entities currently or previously served, including entity names, addresses, contract numbers, contract terms, start dates, duration, dollar amounts, staffing levels, task descriptions, and prime versus subcontractor status. Additionally, bidders must address Employment Procedures covering candidate selection processes, operational formulas for staffing availability, interview screening standards, candidate evaluation methods, resume validation procedures, reference checking processes, performance issue remediation, confidentiality protections, and background screening procedures including enhanced screening capabilities for positions designated as jobs of special trust under Florida Statute Chapter 435. The Principal Personnel section requires bidders to identify key decision-makers involved in staff placement, including their names, education, credentials, certifications, job titles, IT experience, tenure with the vendor, their specific roles in contract performance, past IT augmentation contract experience, and any unique expertise or value-added capabilities.
