California State Parks is comprised of our headquarters (Sacramento) and Park Operations (field services). Park Operations manages twenty-two districts within the state; each of these districts maintain numerous sectors/park units. Southern California, may include but is not limited to State Parks in the following counties:

Orange County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County, Ventura County or San Luis Obispo County

At the state's option, California State Parks may require training at other locations outside of State Parks. All considerations and efforts to provide the contractor sufficient notification of these changes will be extended. Refer to the following California State Parks map link: Statewide (ANSI D)_2024.pdf
