About this file
This is a Quotation Requirements document from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) for Spanish translation and interpretation services under contract number DQ KABA 2026000415. The solicitation requests pricing for written Spanish translation services, virtual verbal Spanish interpretation with a one-hour minimum, and ad hoc Spanish projects. The submission deadline is April 30, 2027, with firm and non-negotiable response times. The contract is intended to be renewed on a multi-year basis, with CDLE open to negotiating Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA) based on State Government indices. There are no plans to expand this project to additional languages.

Virtual verbal interpretation and ad hoc projects are to be determined at the time of the project, with per-hour rates and quarter-hour increments after the first hour. Cancellation fees apply based on notice provided, with different flat fees for cancellations given more than 24 hours notice versus less than 24 hours notice. All quoted rates must include all associated costs and expenses such as labor, mileage, lodging, supplies, mailing, parking, communications, administrative support, and other related expenses, with no additional charges permitted beyond the stated rates. The position falls under Standard Occupational Classification code 27-3091 for Interpreters and Translators.
