About this file

This document is Attachment C of a Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-PURB-RFP-0053 from the County of Sacramento, detailing the required format and content for proposal submissions. Proposals must not exceed 10 pages and are required to include a comprehensive cover letter and proposal section. The proposal must address specific elements such as a company profile, qualifications, service delivery plan, key staff resumes, references, and pricing. The contract appears to involve a multi-year service engagement, with tasks to be performed over a five-year period, with certain tasks occurring in the first year and others recurring annually.

The pricing component requires proposers to submit total annual costs based on specific assumptions, including Tasks 1, 2, and 3 occurring once in the first year of services, and Task 4 recurring during each of the five years of service. The County reserves the right to request additional references and emphasizes the importance of providing references from governmental organizations similar in size, with resources that closely match those proposed for the County's project. Proposers are encouraged to include any assumptions made during the development of their pricing models directly in their proposal responses.
