Summary: Water Treatment Chemicals Internal Catalog Spreadsheet for Mississippi 2026 Contract

This file is an internal catalog spreadsheet template for the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration (OPTFM) related to a negotiated contract bid for water treatment chemicals in 2026 (Contract ID: 1130-26-R-NBID-00024). The spreadsheet provides detailed instructions for suppliers to submit product catalogs in a standardized format. All products must be listed individually on Sheet 1 with required fields including supplier name and ID, supplier part number, short description (maximum 99 characters), long description (maximum 2,000 characters), NIGP classification codes, contract pricing, MSRP, delivery timeframes, unit of measure, manufacturer information, and product images or hyperlinks. Supplier IDs must be obtained from OPTFM (contact: 601-359-3409), and suppliers can represent either themselves or manufacturers. All part numbers, short descriptions, and supplier IDs must be unique with no duplicate entries permitted. The template emphasizes that sheets should be renamed to reflect manufacturer names while maintaining consistent formatting and field requirements.

Pricing for items must include both a discounted contract price and MSRP, listed with two decimal places in U.S. dollars. Delivery is specified in maximum days required (single value, not ranges) to reach the purchaser. Products must be classified using 5-digit NIGP codes from the provided classification list, with example code 64530 referenced for chemical products. The spreadsheet is in work-in-progress (WIP) status with hyperlinks directing to manufacturer websites for product images and additional information. All entries are currently associated with "Grounds Maintenance" category and are cataloged in USD currency, indicating this is a preparation document for upcoming contract administration and procurement operations.
