The image is an attachment titled "Existing Higher Education Center (HEC) Signage" depicting an intersection view at Siringo Road, Yucca Street, and Alumni Drive. The photograph shows a road intersection with traffic signals, a green street sign for Yucca Street, and an existing HEC informational sign positioned near the traffic light. The surrounding area appears to be an arid landscape with some vegetation, utility poles, and a roadway with marked lanes. A small white vehicle is visible on the left side of the image, and the sky is a clear blue, suggesting this is likely a daytime scene in what seems to be a southwestern or desert-like environment.
