About this file
This is a Mandatory Response Worksheet for an Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) contractor position supporting the All-Payers Database initiative under Georgia's Office of Health Strategy and Office of Planning and Budget. The Statement of Need (SON #GTA 98000-5873) requires qualified contractors to meet five mandatory compliance requirements to remain under consideration. These requirements include preparing and delivering monthly dashboard reports using GTA-provided templates with potential attendance at monthly Enterprise Critical Project Review Panel meetings; preparing Deliverable Tracking Reports that monitor identified deliverables from receipt through payment processing with template submission required within 30 days of award; performing scope of work within specified performance guidelines and expectations communicated during project engagement; attending Enterprise Critical Project Review Panel meetings either in person or via teleconference, with meetings typically lasting approximately one hour and occurring less than once monthly; and providing detailed resumes for proposed personnel that include experience, educational background, certifications, licenses, and special skills, with a maximum of two pages per resume.
The solicitation represents an informal bid process available exclusively to contractors awarded through the Request for Qualified Contractors (RFQC 98000-0000003969), which was publicly posted to the Georgia Procurement Registry. GTA received questions, posted answers, and evaluated responses according to established deadlines and procurement criteria. A set of qualified contractors within identified scoring ranges successfully negotiated contracts and were awarded GTA Master Agreements. Contractors who fail to confirm acceptance of any mandatory requirement through a YES/NO response format will receive a FAIL score and be eliminated from further consideration.
