About this file

This document is a detailed AV system assessment report for the Lewis and Clark National Historic Park, dated 04/19/2024. The report covers the current audiovisual infrastructure in two spaces: the Ross Peterson Theater and the Netul River Room, providing comprehensive technical specifications and recommendations for system upgrades. Key details include existing equipment inventory (projectors, screens, speakers, control systems), room dimensional measurements, and planned equipment replacements.

The proposed upgrades encompass replacement of primary AV equipment, including two projectors, AV receiver, wireless microphones, screens, DVD players, speakers, and control systems. Additional enhancements include front of theater connectivity for NPS staff, wireless control via three iPads (front desk, AV rack, and multipurpose room), and pushbutton backup controls at the AV rack. The document notes that all media files were copied during the site visit and will be transferred to the contractor after the post-award site visit for new AV system installation.
