Reimbursement is provided on a monthly or quarterly basis upon submission of a Request for Reimbursement form accompanied by performance reports and supporting documentation. The County may withhold 10% of payment requests if outcomes are not met or required reports are not submitted timely. The agency must maintain comprehensive financial records, comply with federal cost principles and accounting standards under 2 CFR Part 200, obtain an annual independent audit if expending $750,000 or more in federal awards, and retain all records for four years following final HUD reporting. The agency must also maintain minimum insurance coverage including $1,000,000 general liability, $1,000,000 automobile liability, full workers' compensation coverage, and $2,000,000 professional liability insurance, and must comply with E-Verify employment verification requirements and SAVE benefit eligibility verification procedures.
