About this file

This document appears to be a set of questions and answers related to a state and local contract opportunity in Arkansas. The contract opportunity is for the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the state of Arkansas, as well as the jurisdictions of Pulaski County and the City of Little Rock. The solicitation requests bids for a wide range of PPE items, including masks, gowns, and disinfectant wipes, with no preference for specific brands or configurations. The state does not have historical purchase volumes for these items and is seeking proposals that cover all requested items. Pricing is to be provided as a minimum discount off of list, with the state considering annual updates to list pricing. The contract does not have any set-asides or preferences for small or women-owned businesses. The state's e-procurement vendor, Periscope Holdings, will be collecting a convenience fee on behalf of the state. Bidders are required to submit bids for all items on the price sheet in order to be considered for award.
