About this file

This document is an Attachment A: Minimum Requirements Checklist for an Exhibit Design and Fabrication Services contract. The checklist outlines comprehensive submission requirements for proposers, including mandatory documentation and forms to be submitted with their proposal. Key requirements include a proposal limited to 100 pages, a transmittal letter containing specific information such as proof of business licensure in California, identification of a Contract Manager, key personnel resumes, and references. Proposers must also submit a technical proposal demonstrating understanding of the Scope of Work, past performance evidence, and a cost proposal not exceeding $50,000.00.

The document details numerous forms and certifications that must be included, such as Bidder Declaration (GSPD 05-105), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Declarations (STD 843), Commercially Useful Function form (DPR 87), and a Generative Artificial Intelligence Disclosure Form (DPR 97B). Additional required certifications cover areas including the Darfur Contracting Act, Non-Collusion, California Civil Rights Laws, and Economic Sanctions. The checklist provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating proposal completeness, with checkboxes for "Yes" and "No" responses to each requirement, enabling a systematic review of submission compliance.
