About this file
This document is a rebate calculation attachment for a statewide purchasing card and business travel card services contract with the State of Missouri and its participating agencies. The attachment outlines the rebate structure for both the primary State of Missouri contract and the Cooperative Procurement Program, establishing the financial incentive framework across the original contract period and two renewal periods spanning five years total. Rebates are calculated quarterly for State of Missouri agencies based on individual agency purchasing volume, with the percentage applied to total sales minus refunds, and annually for Cooperative Procurement Program participants.
The rebate percentages are structured on a tiered, volume-based model with fixed rates that remain consistent throughout all contract periods. For the State of Missouri contract, rebate rates range from 1.60% for annual volumes between $0 and $40 million up to 1.77% for volumes exceeding $99 million. The Cooperative Procurement Program offers a flat rebate rate of 1.40% on all volumes of $1 and above across all contract years. Both rebate structures are firm and fixed, not subject to incentive adjustments or deductions related to past due accounts, providing predictable financial returns based solely on purchasing performance.
