About this file
This is a Demonstrated Experience Worksheet (Attachment 9, Factor 2) for RFQ# 70CDCR26R00000018 - Multi-AOR Armed Guard Transportation Services. The worksheet is a template that quoters must complete according to instructions in Section L.7.6 of the RFP. Quoters are required to provide information on one contract reference, including the government agency or company name, project title, contract/task order number, percentage of work performed, prime or subcontractor status, contract type, dollar value, period of performance dates, and government point of contact information with current phone and email for verification purposes.
The worksheet requires detailed narrative responses to seven evaluation questions addressing the quoter's relevant experience in armed guard transportation services. Key areas of evaluation include: recruiting, vetting, and staffing personnel to meet regular and surge transportation requirements; establishing procedures for accepting, scheduling, and completing transportation runs including multiple simultaneous and urgent requests; implementing escalation procedures for unanticipated delays and resource shortages; providing timely and proactive communication with government points of contact; managing transportation of large groups (50+ detainees) to multiple locations with multiple guard services teams; obtaining and maintaining necessary interstate and licensing permits for armed guard services; maintaining consistent communication during high operational tempo or surge events; and ensuring continuous transportation services during vehicle breakdowns or mechanical failures. For each question, quoters must answer yes or no and provide narrative explanations detailing the relevance of their past experience, any challenges or risks encountered, and how those challenges were overcome.
