About this file
This is a Data Requirements Document (DRD) attachment that specifies 21 data deliverables for a federal contract opportunity (80AFRC26Q0005) at NASA's Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC). The document outlines detailed requirements for occupational health, safety, environmental health, and related program documentation that the contractor must provide throughout the contract period.
The 21 DRDs cover medical and health operations including AED maintenance reporting (quarterly), nursing competency assessments (annual), exposure assessments (monthly updates), health unit staffing schedules (monthly), occupational medicine and industrial hygiene productivity metrics (monthly), IT security management planning (initial submission at contract start), monthly accident reports, annual program reviews and self-audits, staffing plans with key personnel qualifications (due with proposal), staff licenses and certifications (due with proposal), hearing conservation standard threshold shift reports (quarterly), medical standing orders and protocols for emergency response (within 30 days), Medical Emergency Response Vehicle mileage reporting (monthly), 911 emergency response quality assurance reviews (per occurrence), monthly office safety surveys at three facilities, environmental health program improvement action plans (annual), ergonomic program metrics (annual), tri-annual audit preparation coordination, an environmental health orientation handbook (within 30 days), and a Safety and Occupational Health and Environmental Plan (due first day of contract phase-in). Most routine reports require submission by the 10th of each month to the Contracting Officer Representative and occupational health management meetings. Initial submissions for most deliverables are due within 30 days of contract award, with the NASA-provided IT Security Management Plan and Safety/Health Plan requiring approval before contract implementation.
