Service Contract Act Wage Determination Summary
This is a Service Contract Act Wage Determination document (WD #2015-4491, Revision 33) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division, effective May 13, 2026. The determination applies to service contracts performed in Georgia counties (Bryan, Chatham, and Effingham) and establishes mandatory wage rates and fringe benefits for all employees performing services under federal contracts subject to the Service Contract Act. The wage determination covers a comprehensive occupational listing spanning 31 occupational categories, including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective service, recreation, technical, and transportation/mobile equipment operation occupations. Wage rates range from $10.71 per hour (Waiter/Waitress) to $54.62 per hour (Nuclear Medicine Technologist).
All occupations listed receive mandatory fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, or $222.00 per week/$962.00 per month), with a reduced rate of $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after 20 years; a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually; and hazardous duty differentials of 8% and 4% for high and low hazard work respectively. The determination references the Service Contract Act Directory of Occupations (Fifth Edition, Revision 1, September 2015) for job duty definitions and includes a conformance procedure (SF-1444) for classifying unlisted occupations, with specific requirements for contractor submission and Department of Labor approval prior to performance of contract work.
