About this file
This is a Corporate Experience Worksheet template designed for offerors responding to the NAVY ADVANCED TRACEABILITY AND CONTROL (ATAC V) Tailored Transportation Contract solicitation. The worksheet is an appendix that does not specifically address required products or services but rather serves as an evaluation tool for assessing contractor qualifications and past performance. As a template document, it provides the format and structure that prospective contractors must complete to demonstrate their corporate experience relevant to the solicitation requirements, allowing the government to evaluate offerors' capability to execute transportation services for the ATAC V program involving movement of Depot Level Repairables and other military freight across the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.
