About this file

This file is a contractor plan template required as part of the proposal submission for the Navy Advanced Traceability and Control (ATAC V) Tailored Transportation Contract (HTC711-26-R-E124). The document outlines mandatory requirements for offerors to demonstrate how they will maintain essential contractor services during periods of crisis, in compliance with DFARS 252.237-7024.

The contractor plan must address five key elements: (1) provisions for acquiring essential personnel and resources to sustain operations for up to 30 days or until normal operations resume; (2) challenges associated with maintaining services during extended events such as pandemic waves; (3) time requirements for acquiring and deploying personnel and resources on-site; (4) components, processes, and requirements for identifying, training, and preparing personnel capable of relocating to alternate facilities or performing remote work; and (5) established alert and notification procedures for mobilizing essential personnel and communication strategies for conveying employee roles and responsibilities during crises. The template requires offerors to provide specific, detailed responses tailored to the contract locations to ensure continuity of operations. This is a template document with placeholder text fields for contractor responses and does not contain specific response dates, pricing information, or other solicitation-level details.
