Blk 4: Tailored: Only address the requirements associated with paragraphs 2, 3.1, 3.2.d, 3.2.e, 3.2.j, 3.2m, 3.3, 3.5.a, and 3.6. For paragraph 3.2.d and 3.2.j list Program Management and American Libraries Association (ALA) standards and certificates. Contractor's format is acceptable but must be approved by the designated Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and AFRL/RDK Contracting Officer, first submission only. All data should be presented in a format that facilitates interpretation.
- Paragraph 2.c, delete paragraph and replace with “Electronic submittal via email”.
- Paragraph 3.2e. Change title to read ‘Quality Control Plan’.
- Paragraph 3.2m Other. Provide staffing status as required in PWS paragraph 3.2.
